"During the review, it was observed that there is no standardized checklist in place for room maintenance, cleaning, and other guest amenities. It is advised that a daily checklist be implemented and strictly followed, with proper documentation and regular follow-up. It was also noted that bed sheets are changed as per policy only after the second day. However, considering the risk of fluid-related infections, it is recommended that guests be informed and their consent obtained before continuing with the same linen. Only after guest confirmation should the policy be applied. Further, it should be ensured on a daily basis that doors, tables, and intercom sides are properly dusted and cleaned. The current cleaning practice appears to be partial for continuous-stay guests, which needs immediate improvement. This is primarily the responsibility of the housekeeping supervisor. It is recommended that the supervisor first undergo a refresher training, followed by conducting refresher training sessions for all housekeeping staff, to reinforce standard operating procedures. In addition, in the kitchen area, staff were observed to be involved mainly in table cleaning only. Kitchen staff should also actively assist in carrying breakfast and provide support whenever required, rather than waiting to be instructed. Improved self-initiative and teamwork are strongly recommended. The above observations are shared for your necessary action and quality improvement. Thanking you."

"I stayed at Bloom for almost 17 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The room cleanliness and overall maintenance were consistently up to the mark throughout my stay. A special mention to Rukam Pal for providing excellent room service — very attentive and professional. Also, Yash Ezzaz from the restaurant was extremely polite and helpful; the food and service were always great. The entire staff is very courteous, supportive, and well-mannered. Overall, Bloom is one of the best places to stay — highly recommended!"

"Hands down, the worst stay experience of my life. I’ve stayed at multiple 5-star and 4-star properties, so I know what premium service looks like — Bloom is nowhere close. Super overpriced rooms with no balcony, no space, and not even basic essentials (yes, no hair dryer). Service was equally disappointing — I requested just 30 minutes late checkout, and despite the hotel being almost empty, they checked me out exactly at 11 AM. Zero flexibility. Zero hospitality. Calling this a “boutique stay” is honestly misleading. If you value comfort, service, and value for money — book literally anything else, but never Bloom Stays"

"Mr Rajesh at security is extremely good at customer service. He is very proactive, urges us to leave our luggage to him and he promptly caters to helping us each time during entry and exit. "This hotel is a good pick, especially if you are traveling for business. The rooms are pretty decent, I must say. The food is also decent, though it is a bit expensive (felt that). Overall, it has been a positive experience for me. 🏨🍽️😊"
